State Non-Cigarette Tobacco Product Taxation Data File and Codebook
These files provide the compiled state law data for each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia for the 11 non-cigarette tobacco products examined in the companion chartbook, Tobacco Product Taxation: An Analysis of State Tax Schemes Nationwide, Selected Years, 2005-2014. The data files are available in two formats, Microsoft Excel and STATA version 13. A corresponding codebook for the data file is also available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
