A Review of Tobacco Tax Policies in Indonesia (Presentation)
This presentation was given by Tax Centre on August 20, 2019 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The presentation is based on research conducted by Tax Centre examining the tobacco industry's effects on public health and the tax policy in Indonesia. Among the policy recommendations are that the government earmark funding for public health, limit marketing by the industry, and ensure that corporate social responsibility by the industry is not being used to promote tobacco use.
