Seychelles scores well in cigarette price but scores poorly in affordability change, and in the mid-range in tax share and tax structure. It would greatly benefit from reducing the cigarette affordability, increasing the tax share of price and improving the tax structure.
Scores Over Time
Seychelles' overall score increased from 2014 to 2020, then it declined due to a decrease in the affordability change score in 2022.
