Tobacco Product Pricing Laws: A State-by-State Analysis, 2015

This chartbook reviews strategies incorporated into state law to control tobacco product pricing. It includes a national overview, highlights notable trends and opportunities, and provides detailed state profiles and data comparing all 27 states and two localities with such policies. This chartbook demonstrates the wide variation in how states regulate prices of tobacco products and the impact these strategies can have on ultimate price.
