Monitoring of Illicit Trade (Presentation)

This presentation was given by Frank Chaloupka at the World Conference on Tobacco or Health session on "Tobacco Control Monitoring- More than Measuring Tobacco Use" on March 7th, 2018, in Cape Town, South Africa. During this presentation, the misuse and the overstated extent of illicit trade, methods to measure the extent of tax avoidance and evasion, among other methods to monitor illicit trade were discussed.
