This Presentation was given by Frank J. Chaloupka at the 18th World Conference on Tobacco or Health on December 15, 2020. In this presentation, Chaloupka introduces the new Tobacconomics Cigarette Tax Scorecard, which assesses the the cigarette tax policies in over 170 countries. Chaloupka also discusses the rationale behind each of the four key dimensions used to determine the overall country scores.
